Agricole Rhum

  • ROC 16-Delta is crafted using the ROC-16 sugarcane variety from Ben Tre, Mekong Delta.It undergoes a 30-day extended fermentation with Vesu dander.

    Roc 16-Delta incorporates portions of the heads and tails into new fermentation batches for a second distillation. This double distillation process retains more of the original flavors and aromas from the raw materials used in production. Consequently, even the weaker distilled fractions contribute to the overall aroma profile.

    This method has established Rhum Belami as a distinguished representative of agricole rum.

    The sugarcane variety has a Brix level of approximately 23.3% before pitching the yeast, which decreases to 6% before distillation.
