Euphoria is crafted using the Roc 16 sugarcane variety, undergoing a 30-day extended fermentation process before distillation.

The spirit is then aged in heavily charred oak barrels under tropical conditions.

This special release commemorates our 6th anniversary, with a flavor profile reminiscent of whiskey, characterized by high ester content.

The aging process imparts smoky,water chestnut-like aromas, and the finish reveals a delicate sweetness akin to roasted sugarcane.
